如何是指老师， 是哪个阶段的呢？是幼儿、还是中小学，还是高中，大学等阶段的老师呢？
如果是指学生，想要达到全英语上课，首要解决听力问题，听懂，才能开口。
想要提高英语口语，得从个人问题中下手，自身英语基础如何？英语口语处于什么状态，针对性解决，才能从根本上提升英语口语能力。
英语口语练习得根据自身英语水平来，不然再多的技巧，脱离了实际，学了也没多大效果。
在培养口语水平的过程之中，其实更多的内容是在词汇、词组、句型、语法、发音、连读上多下功夫，为口语表达首先奠定坚实的基础。
口语能力只是英语综合能力在某一方面的体现，因此不存在单纯的提高英语口语水平这样的说法；提高口语，必须从综合的英语能力方面着手，提高综合实力，才能真正有效的提高口语的水平。
最后，坚持每天开口说：这个是很重要的过程，初学过程里一定要每天都练习。三天打鱼，两天晒网的练习，是达不到效果的。
想提升英语口语能力，说出一口流利的英语，那么你应该选择有良好英语环境的学校，因为只有在浓厚的英语语境中，你才能获得更多的口语锻炼机会，逐渐培养英语思维。
