I have been in the customer service industry for the past five years. My most recent experience has been handling incoming calls in the high tech industry. One reason I particularly enjoy this business, and the challenges that go along with it, is the opportunity to connect with people. In my last job, I formed some significant customer relationships resulting in a 30 percent increase in sales in a matter of months. What I am looking for now is a company that values customer relations, where I can join a strong team and have a positive impact on customer retention and sales.
在准备这个问题的时候,你也可以想一想how bad do you want this job?

From our conversations, it sounds as if you're looking for someone to come in and take charge immediately. It also sounds like you are experiencing problems with some of your database systems. With my seven years of experience working with financial databases, I have saved companies thousands of dollars by streamlining systems. My high energy and quick learning style enable me to hit the ground and size up problems rapidly. My colleagues would tell you I'm a team player who maintains a positive attitude and outlook. I have the ability to stay focused in stressful situations and can be counted on when the going gets tough. I'm confident I would be a great addition to your team.
a) That might be a little harsh. I know that my former company is trying to do its best under the circumstances. I’m looking for a company that’s a better fit for me.
b) I believe I am better suited to work in an organization that has a strong commitment to mentoring and developing executives, where there is a strong sense of loyalty on both sides and a culture that fosters career development and growth.
c) I realize that there are some companies that are in highly intense growth mode, or have over-arching financial or business pressures and problems that can’t possibly foster this type of culture. While this is all well and good for some, I don’t want to work for the latter. It just does not feel like a good fit for me.
Never badmouth the boss or the company.

1.Tell me about yourself.

HR常见的面试理论是STAR原则,所谓STAR原则,即Situation(情景)、Task(任务)、Action(行动)和Result(结果)。
2. Why this job?
在准备这个问题的时候,你也可以想一想how bad do you want this job?

I want be a part of this business as it grows, and I know my experience in product development would help your company as you roll out these products.
3. Why this company?
I noticed in the company’s recent announcement that it’s going public and would need a new set of accounting skills. I have relevant applicable certifications and skills. So I think I can add to the existing accounting team during the company's transition.
这就是YOU attitude(不是your attitude),把对方/公司放在第一位的思考方式。
4. Why you?
From our conversations, it sounds as if you're looking for someone to come in and take charge immediately. It also sounds like you are experiencing problems with some of your database systems. With my seven years of experience working with financial databases, I have saved companies thousands of dollars by streamlining systems. I have the ability to stay focused in stressful situations and can be counted on when the going gets tough. I'm confident I would be a great addition to your team.
5. Why are you leaving your present job?
a) That might be a little harsh.

1. Good morning/ afternoon. My name is___ and I want to thank you for this opportunity.
2. Hello! My name is ___.And it’s a pleasure for me to be here.
3. Good morning/afternoon. I’m ___and I want to thank you for taking me into consideration for this position.
4. Hi! I’m___. And I’m very glad that I am qualified for this interview.

5. Hello,I’m___. Thank you for inviting me to this interview. I’m very happy to meet you today.
1. I’ m sorry. Would you please repeat the question?
2. Excuse me, I didn’t hear you. Could you please say that again?
3. Would you say that again?
4. Could you please run through that again?
5. Come again please? I didn't hear you properly.
1. I think i’m the right choice for this job bacause i know how to......
2. My(一个和这份工作相关的技能)will allow me to do this easily.
3. I’m very good at (你的特长或优点)and that’s why i think i’ll be able to handle this position .
I’m such a perfectionist that I will not stop until a job is well done.
1.Before i leave i want to thank you for the opportunity. I hope we see each other again soon!
2.I wanted to thank you before i leave. I hope i have the profile you’re looking for.
3.It was a pleasure meeting you and then again i want to thank you for having me here!
4.I want to express my thanks to you again for the opportunity and time to interview with me.

Brainstorm your qualities and accomplishments. For an interview introduction, briefly cover your major accomplishments and qualifications, such as certifications.
Choose a personal anecdote that illustrates your personality in a creative way. Employers want to hear about your accomplishments, and a personalized story helps you stand out. The story should take about 20 seconds to complete.
Practice your speech with a timer to make sure it is less than a minute. Read it to family and friends and solicit suggestions. Record and review your speech using a video camera. Pay attention to your mannerisms and projection of your voice. Smile and speak clearly.
1.General Questions
General Questions
(1)Tell me about yourself.
(2)What is your greatest strength?
(3)What is your biggest weakness? (What area do you think you need to improve?)
(4)Why did you apply for this job?
(5)Why should we hire you?
(6)Can you tell me you experience at ABZ company?
(7)How do you see yourself in 5 years? (What is your longterm/shortterm career goal?)
2.Behavioral Questions
(8)Tell me about a time you were under a lot of pressure. What was going on, and how did you get through it?
Behavioral Questions,
(9)Can you describe a time when you had a conflict with someone at work? What did you do?
(10)Tell me about your proudest professional accomplishment.
S-Situation(情境),介绍当时大概是什么一个情况。
A-Action(行动),阐述你采取了哪些行动。
3.Situational Questions
Situational Questions,
(11)If you were in a situation where a coworker was doing something illegal or against company policy, what would you do?
(12)Do you have any questions for me?
